The production of nitrogen by membrane separation is to use the characteristics of different selective permeation and diffusion for different gas components, so that the air is physically separated through the membrane to achieve the purpose of obtaining nitrogen. Under the action of the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane, each gas has a different permeation rate. The permeation rate of oxygen, carbon dioxide, water vapor in the air is "fast", and it seeps out from the high-pressure inner fiber wall to the low-pressure outer side, and is transported by the membrane module. The opening on one side is discharged, and the "slow gas" with a small permeation rate - nitrogen is enriched on the inside of the high pressure and discharged from the other end of the membrane module, thereby realizing the separation of oxygen and nitrogen.

Features
Taking air as raw material, under certain pressure conditions, oxygen and nitrogen are used to separate oxygen and nitrogen with different permeation rates in the membrane. Compared with other nitrogen production equipment, it has the advantages of simpler structure, smaller volume, no switching valve, less maintenance, faster gas production (3 minutes), convenient capacity expansion, etc. It is especially suitable for nitrogen purity 98%. For the small and medium-sized nitrogen users, it has the best function-price ratio, and when the nitrogen purity is above 98%, the price is more than 15% higher than that of the PSA Nitrogen Generator of the same specification.
