Fengli series freeze dryer consists of heat exchange system, refrigeration system and electrical control system. Compressed air first enters the pre-cooler for gas-air or gas-water heat exchange, and then goes into the cold-heat exchanger to exchange heat with the cold air cooled to the pressure dew point through the evaporator, which further reduces the temperature of compressed air. After that, compressed air enters the steam exchanger, exchanges heat with refrigerant, separates through the steam-water separator, and discharges through the exhaust valve, while the dry low-temperature air enters the cold-heat exchanger, and the heat exchange is heated and exported.
